Tickets
must be picked up at the venue's box office or point of
entry, unless otherwise noted. To pick up your ticket
order, you must present the original credit card
used to make your purchase. Please note that if you are
unable to pick up your order because you do not have the
original credit card in your possession at the time and
place of pickup, we cannot process a refund for your purchase.
Also, please do not forget to bring a valid ID with you
for all events that have age restrictions. |

Tickets

entry no more than one hour prior to the beginning of
the event, unless otherwise noted. |

As
the purchaser, you acknowledge that the name entered on
the order form will be released to the event promoter
to facilitate your ticket pick up. |

| Refund

In
General - All sales are final unless the event is
rescheduled, canceled, or the facility where the event
is to take place is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Canceled
Events - In the case that your event has been canceled,
or the facility where the event is to take place is closed
due to unforeseen circumstances, your purchase will be
automatically refunded. You will also be automatically
notified of this refund via e-mail, provided that you
entered a valid e-mail address at the time of purchase.

Rescheduled
Events - In the case that your event has been rescheduled,
you may elect to receive a refund. You will be automatically
notified of this refund option via e-mail, provided that
you entered a valid e-mail address at the time of purchase.

Refund
Status - You may always check the status of your refunds
by clicking on the "Order Status" tab above.
Entering in the e-mail address you used, and the confirmation
number you received, at the time of purchase will allow
you to view the details of your refund. |
